Warning! The following are incorrect titles that have been given to The Almighty Father in Heaven and his Son by humanity: the LORD (English title that is too generic, it was put into the King James Version almost 7,000 times to replace and hide the true and only name of the Father in Heaven), God (Gott) (German derived generic title), Jehovah (erroneous translation, the closest word in Hebrew is “hovah.” Strong’s #s 1942, 1943 means: ruin, calamity, destruction, and perversion in Hebrew!) And most importantly (for our hope of eternal salvation), Jesus Christ (third generation translation).
Bereshith-Genesis 2:4; These are the generations of the heavens and the earth when they were created, in the day that Yehowah ‘Elohim made earth and heavens.
In this verse we see the use of Yehowah as a proper noun to designate the Creator of the heavens and earth. In grammar we see that the proper noun indication is appropriate to show us a strict and accurate designation of the Creator. But, there is much more.

We must realize that the Hebrew Scripture is a book or record about Yehowah – The Sovereign One, The Supernal One, and The Mighty One. Yehowah is the Supernal Creator, Yehowah is the Breath of Life, The Mightiest of The mighty ones, and the Sovereign of the heavens and the earth.

The Area Of His Name?
Believe the Name Yehowah-Yehowah: know that He will be, He is, He was and there was none before Him for He is the Source of all. He is the “I AM.”
Praise the Name Yehowah-Yehowah: say the Name and give esteem unto the Name.

however the Oxford English Dictionary under Jehovah reads: "It is
now held that the original name was IaHUeH". Other evidence -

Apocrypha, reported by Basset :YAHOUE Most commonly read
Yehowah in dictionaries and Encyclopedias. There is a certain
writer a Vance Ferrell states that ,"There are several names of God
in the Old Testament (`Elohim, `El, `El-Shaddai, Yehowah, `Adon, `Adonai,
`Elyon, `Elsur, etc) But we are not sure of the pronunciation of any
of those names- nor of any other words in the Old Testament, for
reasons to be explained shortly."
